Accidentally deleted pre-installed game

Hello, I bought the Switch console with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe pre-installed. I finished the game which showed the end credits after each session. I wanted to reset it. I deleted the game thinking I could re-download it. How can I get my game back? In the eShop it says purchased. In the eShop, there are no games in the software re-download section. What should I do, please?

Hello, when an account purchases a game, all accounts on the console will see the game as purchased on the Nintendo eShop. However, to re-download a purchased game, you must use the account that was used to purchase the game.
Since it is a pre-installed game, the game has been linked to the first Nintendo account you used to play it for the first time. Try going back to the Re-download tab in the Nintendo eShop using the relevant account.

Hello, the first time I played it, I didn't have an eshop account. Then I played it with my account when I created it. I connected with it but it says no game to redownload. Thank you for your help.
