Pre-installed games removed

On the 2DS, whether you have an account or not, there was an option in the settings to re-download the pre-installed games by default.

Each of these consoles has an identifier that is recognized by their server and indicates whether or not a game was pre-installed on it.

Take your time to read each section in your device.

Yes, I called Nintendo and they told me to send an email. Today marks one week and still no response :/

Yes, for the DS, I have one and the game is pre-installed on the SD card, and even when resetting, it was still there, but on the Switch, I've looked everywhere and nothing...

The game costs €60 on the eShop, and it made me angry because I thought €60... down the drain... I hope that with the serial number they'll see that the pre-installed game on the console was never activated.... I also sent the proof of purchase dated December 17, 2020.

What a mess, I'm so disappointed; if I had known, I would have left the console sealed as a collector's item :/
