Hello,
I have a problem with my desktop PC, Acer. I don't know why it's asking me to confirm my identity to get a certain code, so I'm following the instructions, I enter my email, and no, it refuses. Worse, it tells me that my email must start with mo*****@gmail.com (it's clearly displayed with the stars), but I have no email with that name. Is this hacking? What can I do to resolve the situation? My PC is really blocked; I can't do anything on it.
I'm asking for your help, as I think maybe there are people skilled in IT who can help me... Do you have any ideas or tips for my problem?

The email mo*****@gmail.com is the email you provided as the password recovery email to which the code for authentication will be sent. You need to enter the complete email (without the asterisks) to recover your account. If you don't remember this email, only Google can help you https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7682439?hl=fr

You must have said yes to a prompt for identification by code or accidentally clicked on a password reset request.
Can you click on the cross in the top right to close and stop this procedure?
Just close this window.
Does the PC resume and continue its Windows startup?
Or is it something else and your PC might not be running Windows?
Please specify everything.

No, this is not one of my emails, even an old one; that's why I thought it might be hacking, but the problem is that everything is blocked because of that..
Do you have a number or a website to contact someone who could help me with this?
