Hello,
When I send messages to several recipients using my association's Gmail account, I receive the following error message:
"local-part of envelope RCPT address contains utf8 but remote server did not offer SMTPUTF8"
I think I have a configuration problem with the account, but I have searched online and can't find anything understandable.
Thank you in advance to anyone who could enlighten me.
Best regards,

Yes, so the problem is the different versions of Outlook and also for other software... Not to mention the customizations... and you hadn't given these details...
-- But the same thing should exist... check out this image https://www.cjoint.com/doc/16_01/FAbwTboMdsD_codage.jpg this is the corresponding page..
It's in the Outlook options... Click on the orange circle in the top left corner... and in the window that opens..==> you have OPTIONS in the bottom right, just like for Word, click on it and you will reach the page in my photo==>Advanced Options==>International Options... and then, it's the same thing as in my previous explanations...
This doesn't prevent vision problems, brain issues, or hair loss...!
