Hello,
I am writing to ask for some information. Indeed, I received an MMS from an unknown mobile number. I deleted it without opening it, thinking that the person dialed the wrong number.
However, my friend tells me that it could be a hacking attempt. Is that true? Should I take any action to prevent this?
I have a Samsung S7 running Android 7.0.
Thank you in advance.

Thank you very much for your prompt response!
As you advised, I made sure to delete the MMS without opening it (not even opening the conversation window.)
However, I am a bit confused about the term phishing.
I have nothing personal on my phone (no gmail account, no wifi connection, etc.) Should I still back up my photos?
Thank you in advance.
