Hello everyone, I hope I'm posting in the right
place.. So I have a little problem, I have received a text message three times from an unknown sender and each time at the same hour. When I click on the message, I can open it but it is empty, and once opened, it deletes itself automatically and I can no longer see it. I have a Huawei P20 line, is my phone hacked? Is it a scam? This worries me.. Thank you in advance (I’m attaching a screenshot of one of these messages)

Hello
First rule of safety: when you receive a message from an unknown number do NOT open it.
It's like with emails, etc.
Unless you want to have unpleasant surprises on your bill.
And the worst part is that even if you suspect a scam, you keep opening them...
For the rest, Proximus should be able to tell you where it comes from, if they have the time.
Best regards

I was able to reach them by phone, but unfortunately the lady told me that she couldn't help me, that she had never encountered a case like this before, and she advised me to call Huawei's service directly.
