I can't be heard anymore during calls after 3 minutes.

Hello,
I have a Huawei P20 Pro purchased in December 2018 in Australia. For a few days now, I have been encountering a problem.
During incoming or outgoing calls, my interlocutor hears me, but after 3 or 4 minutes, they can no longer hear me talk, although I can still hear them. Even when I switch to speakerphone, they still can't hear me. I thought it might be a SIM card issue, but I tried with another SIM card from a different operator and the problem remains the same. So it definitely comes from the phone. However, during WhatsApp calls, everything works fine and my interlocutor can still hear me even if the call lasts a long time.. So my microphone is working.
It seems that it is neither a microphone issue nor a SIM card and operator issue based on my various tests.
Any ideas? Thanks for your help!!

Some people are experiencing issues with their mobile microphone. Indeed, during calls, they have difficulty hearing or being heard by the other person on the line.
To resolve microphone issues, hold down the Power button and then press restart. Many have fixed the problem this way. Note that using Bluetooth for audio or Private Space may cause the microphone to malfunction. If you notice a microphone issue after one of these activities, restart your Huawei P20 Pro. Additionally, check if any applications are using the microphone and consider revoking microphone permissions. To do this, go to Settings> Apps & notifications > Permissions. Then test again to see if this resolves the issue.
