Yahoo emails grayed out and settings inaccessible

Hello,

for the past 48 hours my computer has been displaying last week's emails grayed out, and there is no way to open the settings (gear icon). I uninstalled ad block (which had been there for a long time), did a restore, but nothing works. On other computers or Androids, the messaging behaves normally. What should I do? (I'm using Windows 8)

    Resolved!!! By clearing the cache and resetting the browser to its default settings.
