Thomson Android TV issue

Hello,
The kids pressed all the buttons on the remote. As a result, colorful circles are spinning on the screen and it no longer responds... how can I unlock it? (I can no longer access the menu, just these circles)

    Unplug your TV from the power source for 5 minutes and plug it back in.
