You could have elaborated a bit more on your topic. A "hello" and that's it...!
Check that your headset's battery is charged and, above all, that the base on which your headset rests is providing enough power.

To protect the transmitter and save power, the transmitter will automatically turn off after about four minutes if there is no audio signal or if the signal received from the audio source is too weak for adequate reception.
