Unable to make a group call on Instagram

Hello, for a few hours now, I've been trying to make a group video call on Instagram but barely a second after I press the call button, a message saying "call failed" or "conversation ended" appears, while the other members are talking.
I would like to point out that the app is up to date and there are fewer than 6 people during the calls.

Hello, I recently had the same problem and I discovered that it was because one of the group members had blocked me. I suppose this is also what is causing this issue for you as well.

I also have this issue! I turned off my phone, uninstalled Instagram and it still doesn't work! Really problematic.
