My JBL GO 2 is no longer making any sound.

Hello, my JBL doesn't make any sound at all; normally it makes noise when it turns on, but it really doesn't make any sound anymore. It connects very well, it charges very well, I don't understand why it doesn't produce sound.
Could you help me?

    Edit: Of course, after 40 minutes of searching, just 30 seconds after posting this message, I managed to get it working... I just pressed and held the power button, in case it helps someone who has the same issue..

      Hello, I tested it with mine and got no results, I saw that it might be a cable that needs resoldering, I dropped it just before the bug, could that be it?
      An answer please ????
