Takara MID169 Tablet

Hello, I have a Takara MID 169 tablet, and I can't find the settings. When I try to format it by pressing the on/off button and the volume + button simultaneously, the screen lights up with the little Android figure but it says no command. So I can't reset it. Also, the reset button on the back doesn't seem to do anything no matter how hard I press it. Can you help me, thank you.
