Red LED hoverboard issue

Hello, I rented an apartment for the holidays. Unfortunately, I somehow broke it (it had a big impact with the bodywork of a car) and it won't move anymore. When I turn it on and place it on it, the green LED lights up, so it's totally normal, but the other LED that should also turn green stays red and beeps continuously. Can you help me? Thank you.
