File menu, Options, "Saving" section
Uncheck "Show additional locations...."
Check "Always save to this computer"

If OneDrive is properly connected, there shouldn't be this connection message.
However, even when disconnected, the Word file is local.
You can (I can't believe it, but whatever!) do a "repair" of Microsoft Office in "Apps and Features", on MS Office, click on "Modify" to get the quick repair window...
