Hello,
I don't know where to post this, but I would like you to help me correct the mistakes
I was told during an interview that there were mistakes, but I don’t see which ones
The mission you wish to assign to your future Secretariat convinced me to submit my application.
I have acquired, as part of my training in Professional Baccalaureate Secretariat, a perfect mastery of the administrative field: mail entry, switchboard management, use of Word, Excel, Access, and various software.
Dynamic and motivated, I learned during my several weeks of internship in the company the listening skills necessary for this position.
I remain at your disposal for any further information and I ask you to accept, Madam, the expression of my distinguished salutations.

Good evening
and since it seems that Marie (what a beautiful name) is feminine, and that the rules of agreement with the verb avoir haven't changed since my tender childhood, I also suggest writing:
....your future secretariat has convinced me
me being a direct object complement placed before the verb.
kind regards -
... and "... your future secretary " would be more appropriate than "... your future secretariat " ...

I would have made these changes:
The mission you wish to entrust to your future secretarial position convinced me to submit my application.
Through my training in Professional Baccalaureate Secretarial, I have gained a perfect mastery of the administrative field: mail entry, switchboard management, and the use of Word, Excel, Access, and various software.
Dynamic and motivated, I have assimilated the listening skills necessary for this position during several weeks of internship in a company.
I remain at your disposal for any further information and I kindly ask you to accept, Madam, the expression of my distinguished salutations. -
