Hello,
We just bought the Switch and my son wanted Minecraft Nintendo Switch Edition. I bought it on the eShop, and when we try to launch it after downloading, we get a message saying we do not have the software!!!! I don’t understand. We’re left with a link on the eShop to buy a subscription plan, which I did, but it doesn’t work... still the same message. What should I do? I don’t know anything. This is really theft, this nonsense if we have to buy software after buying the game!!! Thanks in advance
