Photoshop closes when printing

Hello,

I have a problem with my Photoshop Version 21.2,
every time I click on Print the software closes by itself.
It's really very frustrating.

    Hello,

    You can try resetting the preferences on launch in Photoshop: Ctrl+Alt+Shift

      We have to do it every time, it's annoying! Is there no way to solve this problem for good?? I even reset my computer completely, so I reinstalled Photoshop entirely, and it's still happening!
