Hello,
I have a Sony television (classic flat screen) that I've had for several years; it works well but since yesterday I've noticed a problem: it is impossible for me to turn it off.
For your information, it works with a decoder, box, and Orange fiber. Netflix is installed.
I have tried several times to turn it off and on again with the remote control.
I also tried to turn it off using the power button on the TV, but nothing works.
I don't know what to do; if someone can help me, thank you.
