Control a TV remotely

Hello
I have a family member who has a Samsung television and constantly calls me to ask how to do various tasks, whether it's turning on the box, exiting a menu, etc. Let's just say they don't really know how to use it.
This would save me a half-hour drive to go help them.
I wanted to know if there is any way to remotely access the TV?
That would save me quite a few trips.

      It's in 2 different locations ....
      The person is a bit elderly, she doesn't understand everything, once again it's the trip that affects me.

        exit a menu etc...

        Without the remote control!

        The best way is by phone, and for the box, it would just be a matter of explaining to this person not to turn it off.

        Hello Dany, I have the same problem with my mother and her Samsung smart TV (problem with apps like Netflix, Canal+...) spending hours on the phone trying to help her... I'm also wondering if I can take control of her Samsung TV from my Samsung TV? Have you found an answer to this question? Thank you, best regards.
