Issue with Free YouTube to MP3 Converter

Gentlemen or ladies,
I have been using free youtube to mp3 for a long time, and now most of the tracks I try to download give me the following message: "Captcha is required." That's very nice, but I don't know how to get past that. Can someone give me a solution?

As no one in the know is answering us, I went to the program's support service. Here’s what it says, which shows that there is indeed currently a bug in their system:
Dear Users!
We want to thank you for your patience in resolving the matter!
You know that our team is currently investigating the Captcha problem. The developers created test versions that can give us more information on the problem through the log files collected while they run.
Now we're asking you to run the test file on your PC and do the procedure written below.
Here is the test file for
Free YouTube to MP3 Converter https://www.dvdvideosoft.net/FreeYouTubeToMP3Converter.exe
And for Free YouTube Download https://www.dvdvideosoft.net/FreeYouTubeDownload.exe
1) download the test file to your PC and install it (the premium license will be automatically activated, if not, re-enter your premium key)
2) enter the YouTube URL you want to download from
3) if the Captcha error occurs after you paste this YouTube URL, open it in your default browser one more time (Firefox, Chrome, IE recommended).
4) If YouTube asks you to enter the verification code, do it, please. Then close your browser.

5) restart the YouTube downloader and add the URL again, does the download start now?
6) if you failed to complete the steps from 3 to 5, login to your YouTube account in your default browser and perform the steps above one more time
7) still getting 'Captcha required'? Login to your YouTube account, go to this web page https://www.youtube.com/das_captcha and tick the box that you're not a robot. Repeat the downloading.
8) If this doesn't solve the issue, send new logs to support, please.
How to generate program log files:
1. Launch 'Log Report'
Start → All programs (Apps on Windows 8) → DVDVideoSoft → Log Report or just press Ctrl+Alt+L.
2. Click 'OK' to open the folder with archived logs.
3. Send '_logs_to_send' as an attachment (or just drag-and-drop the folder on the ticket page)
