I haven't been able to access it either for a while, this site has disappeared from the web! I've been using a site that offers something similar http://dl-youtube-mp3.com/fr it works for my music downloads. I hope I've been helpful, good luck!

Try it with https://www.mp3hub.com/youtube-mp3-download, I haven't had any failures during my conversions.
