Hello,

My television model L 55 D2400
When I turn on my television, it gets stuck on the message "Smart system observation in progress, please wait..."
And after a few minutes, it restarts and the same problem exists, and on top of that, the remote control buttons do not work and it gets stuck. Please, how can I solve this problem?

Configuration: Android / Chrome 83.0.4103.83

      Restart the TV as follows:
      • Turn off the TV
      • Unplug the power cable from the TV
      • Wait at least one minute (after the LED light turns off) before plugging the power cable back in
      • Turn the TV back on
