Iris TV 43U5 stuck on "Android is starting"

I also have the same issue with my iris TV
I would like to know if you have the solution or not?
Knowing that I unplugged the power supply and HDMI cable all night
This morning I reconnected the cables! But the same problem persists, stuck on the iris home page then starting Android with application optimization 13 out of 62.
