Invalid card decoder canal +

Hello,
I just changed my Canal+ decoder to the latest ultra HD model, the picture keeps cutting out, and the screen shows "mute card or invalid". I have removed and reinserted the card several times without success.
I called Canal, performed several manipulations and reset it, it worked for 1 week and now it’s back to "mute card".
If anyone can help me, should I change the decoder or the card?

      Hello,

      After encountering the "invalid card" issue twice, I realized that each time it happened, it was under extreme weather conditions.

      Specifically, very high temperatures in the room, over 29°....

      In fact, the decoder really doesn't like getting too hot!!!

      I placed a fan in front of the decoder for 10 minutes and then, miracle, after a "power cycle" of the decoder, it started working instantly ...
