Hello, I bought my bank card package online and received it after registering on the app, no problem. Just two things are blocking me: one, I can't top it up because they say the limit has been reached, even though I haven't been able to do a single transaction; and two, regardless of the format of my ID submission, they tell me that the ID number is incorrect. I'm stuck on these two steps. When I call customer service, it’s well registered, but no advisors are available; only on the chat, where I get no response from advisors.
