How to remove suggestions on Instagram?

Hi,

I've had a lot of trouble on Instagram lately, and I no longer want to see certain people

How do I delete my Instagram suggestions?
Deleting the search history doesn't work at all; as soon as I type a letter, I come across one of the accounts

Help me, I really can't stand seeing their account, and I'd rather avoid blocking...

    You can't delete Instagram's algorithm... It's impossible to remove the suggestions, they always come back.
