Ringtone keeps looping when I listen to voicemail

Hello,
Can someone help me with a problem that I didn't have before but has now been happening every time I want to listen to an audio message sent to me via WhatsApp?
As soon as I press the arrow to start listening to the message, I hear a kind of ringing sound in a loop, like a notification.
As a result, the message becomes incomprehensible.
I'm desperately trying to figure out where the bug is coming from.

I had the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy S20. After contacting Samsung support, here is the procedure that resolved the bug:
1) Settings – General management – Reset – Reset settings (default)
2)
- Go to your device's settings.
- In Applications, search for the "Whatsapp" application.
- In storage, tap on "Delete data".
3) Restart your phone.
