Philips phone line busy for outgoing call

Hello,

I can no longer make calls to the outside, my Philips phone always says "busy."
I reset it, but that doesn't work either.

    Which model is this Philips?
    To try:
    Remove the batteries from the handset(s)
    Unplug the power supply from the base of the phone.
    Reconnect everything after a good minute
    Finally, reset the box by cutting off its power supply, again for a minute.
    --
    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it isn't there...
