Disappointed with the entire order.
The photos are pretty but the clothes look nothing like the models shown: poorly cut, very disappointing fabrics, disproportionate sizing.
I wanted to return my order: sent a return label but it can't be used in France. So they offer to refund you 40% of your order if you keep it. Great, 60 euros thrown away and clothes that look like nothing.

  I had the same issue as you. The photos were very enticing, and upon delivery, I was extremely disappointed. Size, color, material. It's crap, to put it bluntly. And definitely don't order from Mornacia either, they use the same suppliers...
  I returned the products, but I'm still waiting for the refund. And there's no way on the site to check the tracking. I can no longer find my order.

Hello
I ordered items from this site that were nothing like the pictures. It took a month and a half to receive them, and I had to pay 15 euros to return them because the return label isn’t valid in France. I haven’t heard anything since, and I still haven’t been refunded. This site is a monumental scam, and the clothes are of poor quality and horrible.

I placed an order in December for €75.73. I no longer saw my order in my account (as if I hadn't ordered anything). I sensed a scam and read all your complaints. I tried to contact them... impossible. Fortunately! I paid with PAYPAL, to whom I explained my ordeal. Paypal immediately froze the money and refunded me right away. NEVER PAY with your credit card but use a PAYPAL account. No fees, and if you have a problem, PAYPAL handles the negotiations with the seller, and if an agreement isn't reached, Paypal refunds you. Order placed and paid for on the site, item shown as available... 1 month later, still nothing and, after numerous follow-ups, chicsoso indicates out of stock. 1 more month to get a partial refund: about 75% of the purchase excluding shipping. For the missing 25%, they say it corresponds to fees and, moreover, they never refund the shipping!!!... BRAVO. The Chinese scam in all its glory!
