Thank you in advance

Hello
I also bought this software + previously
I tried to get it to work on W10 in vain.
So the product is obsolete.

Hello,
The Sivercrest USB capture key is several years old and the CD should have contained Power Director version 9 software according to this topic, along with the activation key for this software probably on the CD.
I believe it’s this software (version 9 was compatible with Windows 7) that no longer works on Windows 10 because it is outdated.
You might want to try a recent editing software (free and/or paid) although alex64-PB says it doesn’t work.
On this page, you have plenty of little videos regarding connections and more: http://www.blablalidl.com/forum/silvercrest/12-kit-aquisition-video-usb-silvercrest-lidl-svg-2-0
For free software, you have VSCD Free Video Editor which includes the VSCD Free Video Capture module during installation that might work, or VideoPad Video Editor (opt for the free version in English which has fewer issues with personal and non-commercial use) or others...
Now the "experts" of this kind of equipment on the forum recommend the Dazzle box, reliable, well-known, and widely spread, delivered complete with editing software and compatible with Windows 10, but it costs around €60: https://www.pinnaclesys.com/fr/products/dazzle/dvd-recorder-hd/
Best regards
