SCTR Discord Login / No login path available

Good evening everyone,
I've been using Discord for a while now and I keep having the same problem. Every time I make a voice call, no one can hear me because it says 'SCTR Connection' at the bottom left, followed by: 'No connection path.' I've contacted Discord, and they couldn't find a solution for me, apart from suggesting I check with my ISP (Free). Everyone has the same response: "your connection is excellent"
I've looked at all the responses from people with this problem, but none of them ever work for me. However, when I share my 4G connection, it works.
Please find me a solution :)
