Hello
I'm getting back to you because I had asked for help regarding the creation of a counter button in LibreOffice Calc, which I eventually managed to do.
The only remaining issue is that when I close the file and reopen it, the counter buttons no longer work because the linked cell is no longer populated in the button data.
Can you help me?

Certainly because the file was not saved in ODS but in Microsoft XLS.
When working with software (which is free by the way), you keep its format.
