Hello
I have a J3 2017 phone
Strangely, my phone formatted itself and got stuck in the initial setup by VMware (I don’t know what that is?) after going through all the settings to finalize it, it asks for an ID and a password that I never created.
Unfortunately, I don’t know what to do.
I turned off my phone and tried to format it with a hard reset, but it was unsuccessful.
Here are the images:
It also says that my phone is configured for a company even though I haven't touched anything?
What should I do to return to the home screen?

Hello
which store did you buy it from?

At least take the time to respond!
A thank you is nice.
Mark it as resolved if your problem has been solved. I use the informal "you" with everyone.

I bought them on Le Bon Coin two years ago.
technically I don't really know, trying to flash a stock ROM might be
legally not much if you can't identify the seller
if you file a complaint, you will be accused of receiving stolen goods
wait for another opinion
