Discord full screen bug

Hello,
Since the last update, the one that adds the big bar at the bottom, Discord is bugging on my phone.
In short, it takes up my entire screen without adjusting to other things like the taskbar or the keyboard.
As you can see in this screenshot, Discord goes behind the taskbar at the top which hides part of it, but more importantly, when I want to type like in this screen, the keyboard covers the input bar which should logically be placed just above the keyboard like any other app.
My phone has a split screen feature meaning I can have 2 apps on the screen at the same time, and when I do this the bug doesn't occur, that's why I think it's a fullscreen bug.
Do you have any idea how to fix this please? It's becoming really annoying on a daily basis :/

Discord updates automatically (even when disabling auto-update on the Play Store).
