Hello,
I bought a Qilive.3567 headset.
I was using it to chat with friends and today I plugged it in and wanted to speak, but I couldn't. I can hear other people but they can't hear me. I updated everything, installed the drivers, but it hasn't changed anything. There's nothing to do with the privacy settings related to the microphone.
Please help me.

Hello and welcome to this forum,
Try this:
Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound - click on manage audio devices -> click on the "Recording" tab select your microphone hoping it's there then OK

Thank you for your help, but my brother plugged the cable for the microphone and the other cable for the headset into the back of the PC and now it works. However, I have a background noise that is really annoying. When I lower the amplification, I can't be heard anymore. What should I do?
Thank you
