As of now, I don't know if you've placed an order,
I have a pretty positive opinion about this site, I think it's great. I ordered 3 pairs from this site and I haven't had any issues. It's true that at first, it sucks because you have no news for a week, you only get the payment confirmation, etc., and often a week later they send you a tracking number to let you know where it is... Usually, it's after 14 days that you receive your package (counting from the day you place the order).

Hello, I have paid the customs fees and the sneakers will be delivered to me on Monday by DHL. I sent an email to Kingwalk to inform them and request a refund for these fees; they quickly responded that they would refund me. Hello, I ordered sneakers on this site for 69 euros. And now DHL is asking me for 31 euros in customs fees!!! This wasn’t announced initially!! For now, I haven't paid, but if I don’t pay, I won’t get the sneakers.

This explains the deduction of €31..
That is 20% VAT (Normal..) = €13.8 for the Tax Authority
The rest, €17.2, goes into DHL's pocket (Freight Forwarding fees not very legal..).
Not a good deal..

I ordered a pair of shoes on December 5, 2020, to give as a Christmas gift. To date, nothing. I received a response on December 29 to my inquiry about the delivery, saying they would look into it. Since then, nothing!!
