Suspicion of hacking orange email account

Hello,
I am taking the liberty of sending you this message, hoping that someone can help me.
At the beginning of the week, my Orange professional email account got blocked. So I reset the password, everything okay. Then I notified Orange, who left me a message yesterday saying that my professional email had been hacked, that they had blocked it, and that I needed to change the password. All that’s fine.
The problem today is that I receive emails, but I can't send any. When I try to send one, there's an error message saying "some settings are missing or have been incorrectly specified," so the message doesn't go out.
Additionally, I had installed Thunderbird and synced it with my Orange email, but when I open it now, the synchronization cannot be completed, server inaccessible??? Is it possible that Orange is experiencing a problem, and that I haven't actually been hacked????
How can I verify if it is really a hacking situation? All my addresses are there, no email redirection!!! I just don’t see where the problem could be coming from.

Thank you.

    Hello datasingbord_1042

Who sends this message "some parameters are missing or have been incorrectly filled in"? The Orange webmail or Thunderbird?

Why not use the Orange forum for this kind of question?
