Winamax issue..

I created a Winamax account today, but the problem is that I lied about my date of birth (I put 2001 instead of 2002), and I deposited €100 in my Winamax account
I placed a €20 bet when I received a message saying that if I do not prove the information provided with proof of address and ID, I will not be able to withdraw money and my account may be closed
But did I really just lose €100? Because my birthday is in September...
And I don't understand, if you can't withdraw money, logically you shouldn't be able to deposit it either...
If anyone can reply, please, I'm really frustrated
