I would like to know how to delete the “best results” suggestion on my iPhone?

Hello,

The "Best result" suggestion displays the most relevant app based on your search in Spotlight. This suggestion cannot be disabled.

However, it is possible to remove results coming from apps by going to Settings > Siri & Search.
