Hello,
I subscribed to two smart IPTV plans with the platinum provider for 2 years since last November, and I have only experienced issues with channel interruptions, and today, nothing is working anymore.
I have sent several emails, but he no longer responds, and my link has not worked for two weeks.

Hello,
IPTV subscriptions that allow access to paid channels for a ridiculous price are illegal in France. The sites where you can find these subscriptions are not all very reliable, and may even be fraudulent, just like the TV services they sell. If you have a problem with your subscription, contact the site that sold it to you, and if they don't respond, you have no recourse since it's illegal and they know it. Moreover, the sites selling these subscriptions are based abroad, outside French and European jurisdiction.
