Hello,
Try to do a "reset" or "factory reset" or "initial configuration" (see menu) but you'll have to redo the entire installation and settings.
And if you can't find it in the menu, press and hold the "Exit" button for more than 10 seconds, a menu will open, scroll down to "factory reset" or something like that, then OK and don't touch anything else.
