Hello,

In the rental, we had to buy a satellite decoder because only a dish is installed.
Once installed, we let the automatic setup run and the decoder connected to Eutelsat 5WA.

For a week now, we have been experiencing signal losses, and since Thursday, there has been no signal at all. We have tried the automatic channel search again, but nothing works; the signal does not exceed 10%.

What should we do, please?

    Hello,
    Since the satellite doesn't have any issues, you need to check your dish again. Is it a problem with the LNB? Or the orientation? (or both)

    If you don't know anything about it, call an antenna technician.
