Persistent issue

Hello,

The issue persists on my side despite the update; it involves disconnections and fluctuating speeds everywhere, which doesn't seem to be related to my box or ISP since I don't have the problem on my iPhone/iPad.

The Ethernet connection works perfectly (about 330mb/s up/down) compared to an average of 5 to 20mb/s when it works via Wi-Fi. My ISP recommended that I connect to the 5GHz version of my network (which I don't see on my PC but only on iPhone/iPad). I imagine that my network card has become obsolete, but that doesn't explain the recent drop in quality on the computer in particular...

So I need a helping hand if you have any idea what the issue might be, I’m all ears.

PS: I installed the new version of my network card driver using drivers cloud (nothing happened, it worked, but the problem continues).

Here’s a screenshot of everything displayed in the network card section of my devices; I don't recognize half of them except for NordVPN (which is a VPN as its name suggests but which I disabled during my connection tests).

It’s a Windows 10 update that’s doing this. Do all the updates and if nothing is fixed, a reinstall is necessary if it bothers you. I have some pretty old PCs and 0 network issues, so don’t worry about your card.
