I can't connect to my bbox.

Hello,

I can't connect to my bbox on my local network from my PC.
The PC is connected via a switch with a wired connection. On this PC, my Internet connection works. However, when I type the address of my box 192.168.1.254, a page appears saying that the site mabbox.bytel.fr is inaccessible.
I can, however, connect with my laptop via Wi-Fi or with my phone to this address.
How can I connect from this PC to 192.168.1.254?

    are you sure it's a switch you have?
    What is the address of your PC and the address of your default gateway in ipconfig?
