Hello,
after having a power supply box problem, the Free technician gave me a smaller box BUT WITH the same power 12v while waiting for my new Freebox player freeplug. I'm experiencing image freezing for a few seconds very often, about every 15 minutes or so. Is this normal?

Configuration: Windows / Edge 18.18363

I prefer to leave it there because I don't agree with what you specified!
If I talk to you in medical terms, I think you will also be a bit "out of it"

At the same time,
it wouldn't be a good idea to talk about medicine on a networking forum,
we have what we need elsewhere and it happens that this is a forum that talks about networking :-)

Hello
no, he lent me a smaller power supply to replace one of the freeplugs
however, he directly connected the Freebox player to the Freebox with a direct cable for internet

It's an Ethernet cable, not the internet; the internet is the internet network.
The problem may be elsewhere, in your ADSL connection.

There are plenty of people here for whom this is not their job, but that doesn't stop them from calling a spade a spade, not a dog.
Especially when I've just written the correct term right above :-(
It is by letting people like you, who don't make an effort to use the right terms, that we end up with a forum where any nonsense is discussed with approximate words, like so many out there.
Here we will always make sure that technical terms are more represented than street language.
