Hello,

I am looking for the best free alternative to UBCD that works for Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 (all versions)

But not just for repairing the boot. Also for disinfecting in case of viruses, spyware, etc.

    Hello,

    Hiren's was a fantastic tool, but it’s based on XP.

    Our friend Malekal offers a liveOS based on W10: https://www.malekal.com/creer-live-cd-malekal-depanner-ordinateur/

    This is what I use to boot from a USB stick and perform partition backups/restorations.
