Hello,
Am I the only one having a problem with the Bluetooth connection on my laptop? I have a mouse that connects via Bluetooth and everything was working two days ago. Today, it says in my settings: Bluetooth is disabled. However, I never turned it off. Also, my Bluetooth icon is now missing. When I go to Device Manager, then to Bluetooth, there’s a yellow triangle icon on my driver. When I go to properties, the following error occurs: "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" I have done all the system and driver updates... still nothing. I also tried disabling it and re-enabling it.
Has anyone had the same issue and found a solution? I feel like it started after the last Windows update... Thank you so much in advance!!

Hello,
Press Windows + R
Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.
Give the hardware ID number of the device
Look at this --> Find a device's identification number
Post the number in your next message.
What is the brand and exact model number of the PC?
Is Windows 10 32 or 64 bits?
