Allow peripheral connection

Hello,

This is my very first question; I'm new here!!!

I am unable to connect my Acer laptop, running Windows 10, to my JBL speaker via Bluetooth!!!

Bluetooth is activated, but the line "Allow this device to connect" remains grayed out no matter what I do.

Whereas it took just 2 minutes on my smartphone.

So I can't add a device.

Help!
Does anyone have a suggestion that I haven't explored yet, please?
This has been a real headache so far.

Good evening, Is Bluetooth enabled on your PC? To add a Bluetooth device on Windows 10, you need to click on "Add a Bluetooth device" in the Windows 10 settings + Bluetooth.  Does that work?

Yes, of course, I checked: Bluetooth is enabled, all indicators are green but I cannot add another device.

When I click on the Bluetooth logo at the bottom right of the screen, one line is grayed out: "Allow connection of a device"

I read that it could be a driver issue but I don't know how to fix it...

Yes, I checked that too. It’s really strange. I don’t understand why that line is grayed out… I searched for tutorials but no one talks about this grayed-out line…
It’s truly a puzzle.

Please reassure me, it should be possible to connect to my Bluetooth speaker from my PC, especially on Windows 10, right?

It was so simple with my smartphone!!

Yes, but it's strange.
Bluetooth is activated, but all the devices that appear below: TV decoder, Orange Livebox: it says Not connected, and for the printer: driver unavailable.

To print, I plug the USB cable into my PC. It no longer works with wifi.
But, well, I think I'm confusing Bluetooth and wifi.

In any case: Bluetooth is indeed activated.
