Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out because I've been having a problem since this afternoon.
I started my PC, and it installed an update. The update loaded to 100% but then got stuck for a while, so I ended up restarting my PC.

Since then, when it restarts, the update now gets stuck at 35% (and it starts directly from 35%) and everything I've tried so far has failed. I tried safe mode, but again the update starts directly at 35% and doesn't progress.
I also tried booting from a restore point, but unfortunately I don't have any...

Do you have any other solutions to suggest? I'm a bit stressed; I'm afraid of losing everything...

Thanks in advance.

    Good evening,
you can try this: when starting Windows, tap F8 and then:

then go to last known good configuration.
That said, it's strange that Windows updates are causing everything to crash on Seven.....
Knowing that there haven't been any since January 2020.
    See you later!
